1. 적용 범위와 선택권 / Scope and choices

이 방침은 PeePoo Walk의 산책 기록, 보호자·일일 산책자 연결, 대화, 사진 공유 기능에 적용됩니다. 설치한 버전과 운영체제에 따라 기능이 다를 수 있습니다. 기본 산책 기록은 계정 없이 사용할 수 있으며, 보호자 연결·대화·소셜 사진 공유에는 계정과 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.

This policy covers walk recording, guardian and guest-walker connections, chat and photo sharing in PeePoo Walk. Features depend on your version and operating system. Basic walk recording works without an account; connections, chat and social photo sharing require an account and internet access.

2. 처리하는 정보와 목적 / Data and purposes

강아지 이름·생일 또는 추정 나이·성별·품종·몸무게·프로필 사진, 산책자 이름, 산책 시간·거리·정밀 GPS 경로·위치 정확도, 배변 종류·횟수·시각·위치, 장소 메모와 선택한 사진을 처리하여 기록·지도·영역·통계·주변 장소 안내를 제공합니다. 공유 기능에서는 계정 식별자·이메일·표시 이름, 보호자 역할과 초대·연결 상태, 채팅 내용·사진·작성자·시각, 사진 게시물·소개글·공개범위·팔로우 요청과 관계·좋아요를 처리합니다. 발자국 경험치와 레벨에는 산책자와 강아지 식별자, 산책 요약, 적립 점수·산정 내역·처리 이력을 사용합니다. 현재 사진 업로드에는 발자국을 차감하지 않습니다.

We process dog profile details and photos, walker names, walk times, distance, precise GPS routes and accuracy, potty events, place notes and selected photos for records, maps, territory, statistics and nearby-place reminders. Sharing features process account IDs, email and display names, guardian roles and invitations, chat text/photos/authors/timestamps, photo posts, bios, visibility settings, follow requests and relationships, and likes. Progression uses walker and dog IDs, walk summaries, awarded points, calculations and processing history. Photo uploads currently do not spend Paws.

3. 권한과 기기 연동 / Permissions and devices

위치는 산책 경로·거리·배변 및 메모 위치 기록에 사용하며, 진행 중인 산책은 화면이 잠기거나 앱이 배경으로 이동한 뒤에도 기록될 수 있습니다. 위치·사진·카메라·알림 권한은 기기 설정에서 변경하거나 철회할 수 있고 관련 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 선택한 사진은 프로필·기록·대화·게시물에 사용되며 업로드 과정에서 크롭·축소·압축될 수 있습니다. 지원되는 iPhone과 Apple Watch 사이에는 산책 상태·시간·거리·배변 기록과 조작 명령 등이 동기화됩니다. 잠금화면 카드와 알림은 주변 사람이 볼 수 있으므로 기기의 미리보기 설정을 확인해주세요.

Location supports routes, distance, potty events and place notes. Active walks may continue recording with the screen locked or the app in the background. Device settings let you change or withdraw location, photo, camera and notification permissions, which may limit features. Selected photos are used for profiles, records, chat or posts and may be cropped, resized or compressed for upload. Supported iPhone and Apple Watch devices synchronize walk state, time, distance, potty records and commands. Lock-screen cards and notifications may be visible to others; review your device preview settings.

4. 기기 저장과 서버 저장 / Local and server storage

기본 산책 기록과 로컬 사진은 기기에 저장됩니다. 계정 인증에는 Supabase를 사용하며 이메일·인증 정보·계정 식별자·인증 상태를 처리합니다. 공유를 설정한 강아지의 프로필과 공유 대상 산책의 경로·시간·거리·배변·메모 등은 서버로 전송됩니다. 지원 버전에서는 로그인 계정에 연결되고 서버 동기화 대상인 산책과 산책지 이름을 자동으로 저장·복원하며, 해당 과거 기록도 동기화될 수 있습니다. 서버 저장이 다른 사용자에게 공개한다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 대화의 메시지·첨부 사진과 소셜 게시물·프로필 사진은 해당 기능을 사용할 때 Supabase 데이터베이스 및 비공개 파일 저장소에 저장됩니다. 사진 보관함 전체를 자동 업로드하지 않습니다. 오프라인 변경은 기기에 대기했다가 재전송될 수 있으므로 공유 반영에는 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

Basic walk records and local photos are stored on your device. Supabase handles account authentication, including email, credentials, account IDs and verification state. Profiles and eligible walk routes, times, distance, potty events and notes are uploaded for dogs with sharing enabled. Supported versions automatically store and restore walks and named walking areas linked to the signed-in account and eligible for synchronization, including eligible historical records. Server storage does not itself make them public. Chat messages and attachments, social posts and social profile photos are stored in Supabase databases and private file storage when you use those features. We do not automatically upload your entire photo library. Offline changes may wait on the device and retry, so shared updates can be delayed.

5. 보호자 연결·대화·사진 공개범위 / Connections, chat and photo visibility

초대받는 계정 이메일, 초대 식별자·역할·유효기간·수락 상태와 보호자 연결을 처리합니다. 공동 보호자와 일일 산책자의 열람·기록 권한은 역할과 연결 상태에 따라 달라집니다. 공유 산책의 메모·위치도 다른 보호자에게 보일 수 있습니다. 보호자 대화는 특정 산책 한 번에만 한정되지 않는 공유 대화이므로 민감한 정보는 신중하게 작성해주세요. 사진은 주 보호자가 설정한 공개 범위와 승인된 연결에 따라 열람되며, 공동 보호자의 업로드 권한도 주 보호자가 설정합니다. 팔로우 관계와 프로필 정보는 연결·요청을 처리하는 화면에 표시될 수 있습니다. 사진 공개범위가 산책 경로 공개를 자동 허용하는 것은 아닙니다.

We process recipient account emails, invitation IDs, roles, validity and acceptance states, and guardian connections. Co-guardian and guest-walker access depends on roles and connections. Shared walk notes and locations may be visible to other guardians. Guardian chat is not limited to one particular walk; avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Photo access follows the primary guardian’s visibility settings and approved connections; the primary guardian also controls co-guardian upload permission. Profile information and follow relationships may appear in connection/request screens. Photo visibility does not automatically grant access to walk routes.

6. 푸시 알림과 서비스 제공업체 / Notifications and providers

알림을 활성화하면 기기의 푸시 토큰·언어·설정과 알림 전송 이력을 처리합니다. Expo Push Service 및 기기의 Apple/Google 푸시 서비스를 통해 산책 시작·배변·종료 및 새 대화 소식을 보낼 수 있습니다. 알림에는 강아지 이름·산책자 표시 이름·사건 종류와 앱 내 연결용 식별자가 포함될 수 있습니다. 보호자 채팅 알림의 미리보기를 켜면 메시지 본문의 일부가 푸시 서비스로 전송되어 잠금화면 등에 표시될 수 있습니다. 미리보기는 앱의 채팅 알림 설정과 기기 알림 설정에서 조절할 수 있으며, 첨부 사진 원본은 푸시 알림에 넣지 않습니다. Supabase는 인증·데이터베이스·파일 저장·서버 기능에, 지도·위치 서비스는 지도 표시와 위치 조회에 사용됩니다. 운영 과정에서 IP 주소·접속 시각·인증·오류 등 기술 로그가 처리될 수 있습니다. Android의 Google Maps SDK는 지도 제공 및 Google 서비스의 안정성·성능 개선을 위해 기기·SDK 메타데이터, IP 주소, SDK 전용 가명 식별자, 비정상 종료·오류 진단 및 지도 이동·확대 등의 상호작용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이는 앱 내 광고나 광고 타기팅을 위한 처리가 아닙니다. 이 사이트는 Squarespace에서 호스팅되며 웹 쿠키·접속 정보는 앱 기록과 별도로 처리될 수 있습니다. 제공업체별 처리 위치와 보관 방식은 서비스 구성에 따라 다르므로 모든 데이터가 국내에서만 처리된다고 보장하지 않습니다.

When notifications are enabled, we process push tokens, language/preferences and delivery history. Expo Push Service and Apple/Google device push services may deliver walk-start, potty, walk-end and new-chat notices. Notifications may include dog names, walker display names, event types and identifiers for opening the relevant app screen. When guardian-chat previews are enabled, part of the message text may be sent through push providers and shown on the lock screen. You can control previews in the app’s chat notification settings and your device settings. Original photo attachments are not included in push notifications. Supabase provides authentication, databases, file storage and server functions; map/location providers support map display and location lookups. Technical logs may include IP addresses, access times, authentication events and errors. On Android, the Google Maps SDK may process device/SDK metadata, IP addresses, an SDK-specific pseudonymous identifier, crash/diagnostic data, and map interactions such as panning and zooming to provide maps and improve Google service reliability and performance. This is not used for in-app advertising or ad targeting. Squarespace hosts this website and may process website cookies and access information separately from app records. Processing locations and retention depend on provider configurations; we do not guarantee that all processing occurs only in Korea.

7. 보안과 공유 시 주의사항 / Security and sharing precautions

서버 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하고 모바일 로그인 세션은 보안 저장소에 보관합니다. 서버 자료와 비공개 사진에는 계정·역할·공개범위에 따른 접근 제한을 적용합니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 앱에 광고나 별도의 광고 추적·행동 분석 도구를 넣지 않았습니다. 연결 해제·공개범위 변경·사진 삭제는 서버 확인 이후의 접근에 반영됩니다. 이미 내려받은 자료·스크린샷·내보낸 파일·수신자가 따로 보관한 사본은 회수할 수 없습니다. 외부 메시지나 SNS로 공유한 자료는 선택한 서비스와 수신자의 처리 방식에도 영향을 받습니다.

Server connections use HTTPS and mobile login sessions use secure storage. Account, role and visibility checks restrict server data and private photos. We do not sell personal information or include ads or separate advertising-tracking/behavioral-analytics tools in the app. Disconnection, visibility changes and photo deletion affect access after server confirmation. Previously downloaded data, screenshots, exports and independently retained copies cannot be recalled. Content shared through external messaging or social services is also subject to that service and recipient’s handling.

8. 보관·삭제와 이용자 요청 / Retention, deletion and requests

기기 기록은 앱 내 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 제거 전까지 남을 수 있으며 사진 보관함·내보낸 파일·기기 백업은 별도로 남을 수 있습니다. 현재 서버의 계정·공유 기록·채팅·사진·관계·적립 내역 전체에 적용되는 일괄 자동 삭제 기간은 설정되어 있지 않습니다. 초대의 만료는 초대 기록 자체의 삭제를 뜻하지 않습니다. 게시물 삭제는 일반 열람을 막는 방식으로 처리되며 저장소 원본·처리 이력·백업까지 즉시 영구 삭제됨을 의미하지 않습니다. 로그아웃이나 앱 삭제만으로 서버 계정과 모든 사본이 삭제되지는 않습니다.

Local records may remain until removed in the app or by clearing app data; Photos-library copies, exports and device backups may remain separately. There is currently no single automatic deletion period applying to all server accounts, shared records, chats, photos, relationships and progression history. Invitation expiry does not itself erase the invitation record. Post deletion prevents ordinary viewing; it does not mean immediate permanent erasure of stored originals, processing history and backups. Signing out or uninstalling does not erase the server account and every copy.

9. 개인정보 문의·신고·계정 삭제 / Privacy enquiries, reports and account deletion

열람·정정·처리 중지·동의 철회·계정 및 자료 삭제 요청과 콘텐츠 신고는 peepooandwalk@gmail.com으로 보내주세요. 계정 이메일과 요청 범위를 알려주시되 비밀번호나 불필요한 정밀 위치·민감정보는 보내지 마세요. 문의 이메일 주소·본문·첨부자료는 본인 확인, 문의·신고 조사와 답변에 사용하며 Google Gmail에서 처리됩니다. 계정 탈퇴를 지원하는 최신 앱에서는 앱 설정 하단의 ‘계정 탈퇴’에서 삭제 범위를 확인하고 본인 인증 및 최종 확인 후 서버 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 주 보호자는 강아지를 공동 보호자에게 이전하거나 해당 공유 공간 삭제를 선택할 수 있으며, 이전은 상대방이 수락해야 완료됩니다. 이전이 완료된 공유 기록은 작성자를 익명화해 유지하고 다른 보호자의 독립 계정·기록과 휴대폰의 원본 산책 기록은 삭제하지 않습니다. 오류나 처리 중 표시가 있으면 완료된 것으로 보지 말고 앱의 재시도 안내를 따르거나 연락해주세요. 구버전이나 앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우에도 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 콘텐츠 신고는 서버에 접수되며 운영자는 신고 목록과 지원 메일함을 확인하여 접수 후 24시간 이내 확인을 목표로 대응합니다. 사실 확인과 조치 완료에는 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

Send access, correction, restriction, consent-withdrawal, account/data-deletion requests and content reports to peepooandwalk@gmail.com. Include your account email and the scope of your request, not your password or unnecessary precise location or sensitive information. Your email address, message and attachments are processed through Google Gmail for identity verification, investigation and replies. In current app versions supporting account deletion, open Delete account at the bottom of App settings, review the scope, authenticate and confirm to request server account deletion. Primary guardians can transfer a dog to a co-guardian or select deletion of its shared space; a transfer is complete only when accepted. Accepted-transfer history remains with anonymous attribution. Other guardians’ independent accounts and records, and original walks on your phone, are not deleted. An error or processing status is not completion: follow retry instructions or contact support. Email requests remain available for older versions or when you cannot access the app. In-app content reports enter a server queue. The operator checks that queue and the support inbox, aiming to acknowledge reports within 24 hours; investigation and resolution may take longer.

10. 아동·변경 안내·연락처 / Children, updates and contact

11. 사진 자동검사 / Automated photo checks

새로 올리는 소셜 사진과 소셜 프로필 사진은 부적절한 콘텐츠 게시를 줄이기 위해 Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch로 자동검사합니다. 압축된 사진을 전송하며 계정 이메일, 산책 경로, 위치 기록은 함께 전송하지 않습니다. 기존 사진을 일괄 전송하지 않으며 보호자 채팅 사진에는 적용하지 않습니다.

New social posts and social profile photos are checked using Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch. We send the compressed image, not your account email, walking route or location records. Existing photos are not sent in bulk. This check does not cover guardian-chat images.

검사 중이거나 확인이 필요한 사진은 다른 이용자에게 게시되지 않습니다. 지정 운영자가 보류 사진과 결과를 확인하고 게시 허용 또는 거절을 결정할 수 있습니다. 오판에 대한 문의와 이의제기는 peepooandwalk@gmail.com으로 보내주세요.

Photos awaiting checks or review are not published to other users. Designated operators can review held photos and results, and allow or reject publication. Checks can make mistakes. Send questions or appeals to peepooandwalk@gmail.com.

Google의 온라인 검사 안내에 따르면 이미지는 메모리에서 처리되며 디스크에 저장되지 않고 Vision 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다. 서비스 운영과 오용 방지를 위해 요청 시간과 크기 등의 일부 메타데이터가 일시 기록될 수 있습니다. 피푸는 검사 상태, 결과와 운영자 처리 이력을 접근이 제한된 서버에 보관하며 보관 및 삭제에는 위 8항이 적용됩니다.

Google states that online image analysis processes images in memory without persisting them to disk or using this content to train Vision models. Some request metadata may be logged temporarily for operation and abuse prevention. PeePoo stores review status, results and operator actions on access-restricted servers; section 8 applies to retention and deletion.

12. 프로필 사진 복원과 지역 검색 / Profile recovery and regional search

로그인한 보호자가 선택한 산책자 프로필 사진과 주 보호자로 등록한 강아지의 프로필 사진은 같은 계정으로 다시 로그인했을 때 복원할 수 있도록 계정별 비공개 저장소에 자동 백업됩니다. 사진 선택은 필수가 아닙니다. 이 백업은 사진을 소셜에 공개하거나 사진 보관함 전체를 업로드하지 않습니다. 1.1.5 이후 지원 버전에서는 로그인 계정에 연결된 동기화 대상 산책 메모의 선택 사진도 축소·압축하여 같은 계정 전용 비공개 저장소에 자동 백업하고 복원합니다. 기기에 남아 있는 대상 과거 메모 사진도 포함될 수 있습니다. 업로드가 완료되기 전에 앱을 삭제하면 아직 서버에 없는 사진은 복구할 수 없습니다. 서버에 이미 저장된 산책 기록과 발자국 경험치는 계정 권한에 따라 다시 불러와 지도와 건강 통계에 반영합니다. 서버에 저장되지 않은 기기 전용 자료까지 복구되는 것은 아닙니다. 백업 사진은 계정 탈퇴 처리 범위에 포함됩니다.

Selected walker profile photos and profile photos of dogs registered to the signed-in primary guardian are automatically backed up in account-scoped private storage for restoration after signing in with the same account. Choosing a photo is optional. This backup does not publish photos socially or upload the entire photo library. Supported versions from 1.1.5 also resize/compress selected photos in eligible walk notes linked to the signed-in account, then automatically back them up and restore them through same-account private storage. Eligible historical note photos still on the device may be included. Photos not yet uploaded cannot be recovered if the app is deleted before upload completes. Existing server walk records and Paws experience are retrieved according to account permissions to rebuild map and health views. Device-only data that was never uploaded cannot be recovered. Account deletion includes these backup photos.

강아지 이름 검색 허용과 사진 공개범위는 별도 설정입니다. 사용자가 위치 이용 안내에 동의하여 지역 자동 설정을 실행하면 기기 위치로 국가·광역지역·도시 수준의 지역명을 구합니다. 가까운 지역의 검색 결과를 우선 표시하는 데 이 지역명을 사용하며, 이 기능을 위해 피푸 서버에 정밀 좌표를 저장하지 않습니다. 위치 조회 과정에는 운영체제의 위치·주소 변환 서비스가 사용될 수 있습니다. 운영자 이용 현황에는 인증된 가입 계정 수, 등록 강아지 수, 완료된 서버 산책 수만 집계하며 앱 다운로드 수로 표시하지 않습니다.

Dog-name discoverability and photo visibility are separate settings. If you accept the location explanation and use automatic regional setup, device location is converted to country, region and city names to prioritize nearby-region search results. PeePoo does not store precise coordinates on its server for this feature. Operating-system location and reverse-geocoding services may process the lookup. Operator usage summaries aggregate only verified account, registered dog and completed server-walk counts; they are not presented as download counts.

13. 일일산책 모집·지원과 비공개 대화 / Daily Walk directory, applications and private chat

일일산책자로 직접 등록한 계정의 표시 이름·프로필 사진·소개글·누적 산책 경력과 대략적인 지역 간 거리 정보는 로그인한 이용자가 산책자를 찾고 선택할 수 있도록 표시됩니다. 등록 전 소개글은 본인 계정에 비공개로 저장되며 기존 사용자는 자동 등록하지 않습니다. 거리 구간은 서버에 저장된 산책 기록에서 산출한 대략적인 주 산책 지역을 기준으로 계산하며 정확한 좌표·집 주소·산책 경로·계정 이메일은 목록이나 공개 프로필에 표시하지 않습니다. 등록 해제 시 목록 노출을 중단합니다.

Only accounts that voluntarily register as Daily Walk walkers appear to signed-in users with their display name, profile photo, introduction, cumulative walking experience and approximate area-distance range. Before registration, the introduction is private to the account; existing users are not automatically listed. Distance ranges are derived from approximate primary walking areas calculated from stored walk records. Exact coordinates, home addresses, routes and account emails are not shown in the directory or public profile. Unregistering stops directory listing.

주 보호자가 게시한 지역·산책 날짜·시간·내용은 로그인 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 게시글에는 집 주소·연락처 등 불필요한 개인정보를 적지 마세요. 지원 내용과 상태는 해당 공고 보호자와 지원자에게 제공하며, 초대·수락·확정·마감·취소 이력을 처리합니다. 초대를 수락하여 산책이 확정되면 해당 보호자와 산책자 사이에 별도의 1:1 텍스트 대화를 제공합니다. 가족 대화나 연락처를 자동 공유하지 않으며, 종료·취소 24시간 후에는 읽기 전용으로 전환됩니다. 읽기 전용 전환은 메시지 삭제를 뜻하지 않습니다.

A primary guardian’s posted region, walk date/time and description are visible to signed-in users. Do not include unnecessary home addresses or contact details. Applications and their status are available to the post owner and applicant; invitation, acceptance, confirmation, closure and cancellation history is processed. After invitation acceptance confirms a walk, a separate private one-to-one text conversation is available to that owner and walker. Family chats and contact details are not automatically shared. The conversation becomes read-only 24 hours after ending/cancellation; read-only does not mean deletion.

안전 안내를 확인한 계정, 안내 버전과 확인 시각 등은 안내 확인 및 분쟁·오용 대응을 위해 서버에 기록합니다. 신고·차단 기능을 제공하며 지정 운영자는 신고 조사에 필요한 관련 내용과 처리 이력을 확인할 수 있습니다. 피푸는 이용자 연결 기능을 제공하며 산책자의 신원·안전이나 거래를 보증하지 않습니다. 금전 요구에 주의해주시고, 앱은 산책 대금 결제·정산 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 보관·삭제와 이용자 요청에는 8·9항이 적용됩니다.

The acknowledging account, safety-notice version, acknowledgement time and related records are stored to document notice acknowledgement and address disputes or abuse. Report and Block are provided; authorized operators may access relevant reported content and action history for investigations. PeePoo connects users but does not guarantee a walker’s identity, safety or transactions. Be cautious about requests for money; the app does not provide walk-payment or settlement services. Sections 8–9 apply to retention, deletion and requests.

14. 자격증 수동 확인 / Manual qualification verification

반려동물행동지도사 자격 확인은 선택 사항입니다. 신청자가 동의하여 제출한 자격증상 이름·자격번호·등급, 계정 식별자·신청 및 검토 상태·동의 버전·신청/확인 시각·검토 사유와 관리자 처리 이력을 자격의 진위 및 신청자 본인 소유 여부를 수동으로 확인하는 데 사용합니다. 자동 인증이 아니며, 신청 자료와 검토 기록은 신청자 본인과 권한 있는 관리자에게만 제공됩니다. 주민등록번호나 신분증 등 불필요한 민감정보를 제출하지 마세요.

Korean national animal behavior instructor qualification verification is optional. With the applicant’s consent, we process the certificate holder name, certificate number, grade, account ID, application/review status, consent version, submission/review times, review reasons and administrator action history to manually check authenticity and holder ownership. This is not automated certification. Application details and review records are restricted to the applicant and authorized administrators. Do not submit unnecessary national ID numbers or identity documents.

승인된 경우 일일산책자로 등록된 공개 프로필에 자격 확인 배지·등급·확인 날짜를 표시할 수 있으며 자격번호와 제출 이름은 공개하지 않습니다. 배지는 관리자가 해당 자격을 확인했다는 뜻으로 신원 전반·산책 능력·안전을 보증하는 표시는 아닙니다. 신청 철회·등록 해제 및 관리자 승인 취소에 따라 공개 표시가 중단될 수 있으며, 철회가 처리 이력의 즉시 삭제를 뜻하지 않습니다. 자격 확인 자료는 계정 삭제 처리 범위에 포함되며 정정·철회·삭제 및 이의 제기는 9항의 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

If approved, a listed walker profile may show a verification badge, grade and review date, but not the certificate number or submitted holder name. Withdrawal, unlisting or administrator revocation can stop public display. Withdrawal does not immediately erase processing history. Qualification records are included in account-deletion handling.
